Disputes between the seller and the buyer are either a dispute about the quality or the terms of the contract. In the event of a dispute, the matter is subject to arbitration by ALCOTEXA, as it is the legally authorized body to arbitrate disputes between the seller and the buyer. 

Quality Arbitration: It has two degrees (first and appeal).

The First-Degree Arbitration Committee: The First-Degree Arbitration Committee consists of three arbitrators among members of the General Assembly of ALCOTEXA, each of the parties to the dispute chooses an arbitrator within ten working days following his notification. The president of ALCOTEXA selects the third arbitrator as chairman of the Arbitration Committee and its decisions are taken by a majority vote.

Appeal Committee: Appeal Committee consists of five arbitrators, each of the parties to the dispute chooses two arbitrators within ten working days following his notification. The president of ALCOTEXA selects the fifth arbitrator as chairman of the Appeal Committee.

Arbitration of contract terms: As for the arbitration of the terms of the contract, there are two degrees (first and appeal).

Appeal Committee: Appeal Committee consists of five arbitrators, each of the parties to the dispute chooses two arbitrators within ten working days following his notification. The president of ALCOTEXA selects the fifth arbitrator as chairman of the Appeal Committee.

In case of non-execution of Arbitration Committees' decisions of the contracts, ALCOTEXA shall inform CICCA Authority of the name of the defaulter to be included in CICCA Default List, in case the defaulter is a member of ALCOTEXA, he is referred to a disciplinary board, and his punishment may be to be removed from ALCOTEXA's membership.
